A good mattress can help you sleep by giving your body the correct support it needs when laying down. An old or unsuitable mattress can cause aches, pains and general tiredness during the day.

Mattress Size Guide
Here are the standard sizes for UK beds and mattresses. Beds from Europe or other regions can sometimes differ in size to our UK standard. The most common non-UK size for a double bed is 160cm width and 200cm length. Some mattress are available as a special order in this, and sometimes other non standard sizes. Please enquire if you need a mattress made to your measurements. The sizes stated here are for use a guide only as due to manufacturing methods, materials and limitations there can be small variations in the size of any mattress. Some mattresses require a break in or settlement period where the fillings settle during use after having been tightly packed for transport.
